		<description>Very well said Hal. I would add, the best advice I have gotten lately comes from the social networks--and not from Google searching.

The folks in my LinkedIn and Twitter are in the trenches day after day--if I haven&#039;t seen it, they have.  And the beauty of it, this is a two way street, unlike Google which is one way.  So, not only have I solved a problem (and perhaps even a monkey wrench :)) but also I have created or cemented a relationship--someone I can call on again.</description>
